St. Joseph's Mercy Home Medical Equipment staff is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week by calling (501) 622-1143. Service areas are located on the second floor in the hospital as well as a store front location at 1801 Higdon Vally Plaza, Suite A, on Higdon Ferry Road. It's open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Other locations, including some physicians' clinics in the county and at Hot Springs Village, stock supplies and equipment. Some of the most common products recommended and generally approved by insurance carriers (if the health requirements are proven) are oxygen and related respitory equipment, hospital beds and accessories, wheelchairs, nutrition/enternal formulas, walkers, canes, crutches and commodes.

If equipment is not available for patients at the St. Joseph's location, the Home Medical staff will deliver the equipment to your home, as well as provide education and training as desired.
